** NVIDIA RTX 30 SERIES (3090 / 3080 / 3070) NOW ONLINE AT OcUK **

I purchased yesterday knowing OC had no stock as I phoned them 10 mins before ordering. The gentlemen I spoke to on the phone would not confirm if they had stock and when I said to him I guess you are not allowed to say he mumbled a hmm, so I thanked him then attempted to order around 2pm online as I knew it would be no different at Scan or others, they had no stock, they knew there was no stock...

Hey guys.

I managed to get a Gigabyte Gaming OC yesterday ordered and got the confirmed payment made thru amazon (got an email confirming it).
I just got an email and saw the new thread but its a **** show clearly on manufactures side.

To be honest Im inclined to get a refund because the info was so vague that I have no idea If Im getting it like next week or next month and for me thats very worring.

So lets see. Probably cancelation for me and Im keeping my 2080Ti

With orders being fulfilled on a first come first serve basis surely (and i know it may take a few days) we can be told where we are in the queue so if for example I'm 40th in the queue for a Gigabyte Gaming OC, and they get word they are only getting 20 next week, it would give us a better picture of if we should hold on or cancel?

You might need to get in contact with customer support. I was in same boat, I queried with AmazonPay as mine was sat on pending too and they cancelled the order due to a technical glitch where order didn't process with OC. I then decided to just re order this morning even with the price increase. I then added the reorder to my customer support ticket and asked if I can have my Q spot and refund on price difference.

They are able in my case to refund the difference but not put me back in my Q position :(. That's as far as I have got.

This is my situation and yours could be different but thought would let you know just encase your waiting on something that will never come off pending ! :(.

Great to know, thanks. I opened a thread on the CS forum here, will just wait for them to respond there and will take it from there.

I received an out of stock e-mail as well, I would like to know my place in queue in order to decide whether I want to wait or not.

Just this second received the 'out of stock' email but without knowing the possible date of the cards arriving back in stock or where I am in the queue i've really no idea whether to request a refund or not.

Can you please provide a little more information Gibbo/Overclockers so I can make an informed choice?

I'm one of the lucky ones who got in early and received a shipment email last night.

But there has been no updates with the tracker, as if it it's not there... so clearly my GPU has not been shipped yet
