Looks like from 14:19 to 14:31 there are only 375 orders so I believe we have several minutes where nobody could order because the site was completely down.

Mine is totally different OC402776* (last digit removed) ordered at around 5pm, but it had been sat in my cart for hours, waiting to check out.

Plus I paid via PayPal, so perhaps those with order numbers starting with a 5, might of paid via switch / visa etc

Again that's the OC number, which is the internet reference for the order number. The real order number is in your email that says "your order has been received"

Supposedly the real order number is in the confirmation email. Check that. It will be like ours. Not sure why they call it a email in the website starting with 4

Oddly enough, I never got a email confirmation for my order, the order is on my account, plus I received the out of stock email...

Yes that's due to them increasing the price.
They said they'd refund the difference for cases like these. But it was a weird thing to do in the first place...absolutely no one changes price in the midst of a sale. Most don't change price....period, but even when it's done it's done at a set time during the day when the entire inventory is updated.

On the flip side that was likely the card they had the most amount of stock for, we already know MSI cards were the largest stock of all for them.

FWIW, my 21:39 order id number 586809*. So that implies 2,890-ish orders between 14:28 and 21:39, suggesting an initial barrage over the first 30 minutes followed by a tailoff as people gave up.

Weird then coz I wasn't charged more. I got mine before price went up. The card I got was £759. It's gone up now seeing it at 800 some places. Especially if you look at reviews of all AIB cards the MSI GAMING X TRIO seems to be one of the best. Cool and super quiet.

This kind of hints at the stock size they had.
I'd be they only had like 500-1000 in total. Maybe less.

Then again it'd also depend on the card, so for instance if they only had 10 zotac cards it'd have gone away quickly even if order was placed at 14:03, whereas the trio may have still had stocks at 14:10 if they had 50-60 of those
