I don't know if it's of any use or interest, but the OCUK order page for RTX3080 has changed the 'sort by popularity', which will hopefully give some kind of insight into what has sold more units. Top of the list is the ASUS TUF gaming card, bottom is the Zotac Trinity card. MSI Gaming X Trio in second and Gigabyte Eagle in third.

I was one of the mugs on the night that fell for the MSI trio => stock ETA 18-09-2020, totally my fault, I don't know how I could have been so naive :)

I believe that this Stock ETA notice being up all evening on the 17th was the main factor in why so many ordered this particular card from here. I checked on the queue calculator and I was around 1570's lol (after I had canceled, btw, I've decided to wait til after Xmas and get a 3080 Founders Edition).

Hey could be worse, this guy just got an update on the zotac he ordered - 21st January 2021!

I chose OCUK because I thought that they'd have a larger share of the pie...

They do, they are some of the biggest stockists in Europe,. Which is why you see ocuk are getting stock in all the time whereas their rivals are mainly saying end of November before they get any deliveries.

So in that scenario above where they ship 300 cards here, 280 might go to ocuk and the other 20 go out in dribs and drabs to other retailers.

Seems to be inline with the Unofficial queue calculator. TUF number 1 and MSI 2nd. Both are close in number according to that. I ordered the cheaper Palit which has low enough numbers and is quite a bit down the popularity rating.

it's so frustrating. Due to the OcUK site crashing, I went with their NW competitor (who stated they were getting the largest allocation). Just come off live chat to them... every time I speak to them it's a different story. Never, will I purchase from them again!

Sweet, Zotac Trinity is the one I ordered.
