Here is how it works

((yourOrderNumber -
5860140) / knownBuyers) * cardTypePercentage

This system ASSUMES that the only thing that has been brought are cards from the list that we have information from and that the people that are submitting the data are in the right (ish) percentage. It is currently the best we have until we get an official one but would be nice to see how close this was, to be honest.

I ordered a gigabyte gaming OC 3080 at 2:31 and it’s been shipped today with the small batch of the gigabyte cards they received.

order number 58607xx for anyone wondering was surprised it’s shipped so soon tbf

Any ideas when the KFA2 will be arriving in stock?

Not heard anyone mentioning this model really.
I'm also wondering the same thing. Have seen 0 kfa2's online on reddit and other forums. The closet I've come to a scrap of information is galax stock being delivered to some customers in Australia. I do know that it was overclocked by the galax team and was temporary 1st place in oc bechmarks until gamersnexus smashed the score last night.

Yea ok, so assuming that the other person did I fact choose the same card, that would suggest that the major difference is infact just down to the order number which would lend creedance to the idea that it’s not just about time stamps.

Also the unofficial calculator doesn't take into account cancelled orders, which Gibbo said in the other thread they are busy cancelling many of.

Ehrn little help here. I do not get this calculator. So I pre ordered Asus TUF (best value for money imo, and these temperatures under load, oh my !).
Problem 1 - how does calculator everyone is talking about works. It says order starts with 50, wut? My order starts with 40 ?!?!?!
Problem 2 - so if I cant do a guesstimate when will I get it? October? November?
Problem 3 - I did not get email confirming order, but on my account it says that order is confirmed. What is going on here? Money got taken.
Thanks.

It's possible that the order numbers are generated when the payment is processed, and are not an indication of your actual position in the queue. I doubt "first come first serve" would look at order numbers over the date of when the orders

Look at your confirmation email from OC - order number is on the first line

Well I am not certain the other person picked the same one, I only know what they said, however I ran mine again and I am very sure I selected the Asus TUF which was option 4 and it's come back with queue number 2288

As I posted a little earlier (link) I have similar results with my MSI order, "Date ordered: 17/09/2020 15:16:50", order number 58738xx, which the calculator puts me at 2651 (which based on the totals estimates on the spreadsheet I think means my order number was generated when the email was sent, not even when my payment was synced with the online store sometime between when I last looked Saturday and first looked Sunday morning).

Hopefully OC are using the Date ordered data they also clearly have (since it is also in the email), and if so (@Gibbo can you let us know what data you are usinbg for determining who is "First come, first served"?) the calculator should either be shifted to use that, or just have a warning that in such cases it is very inaccurate.
