Is this it then? It's been a week. And another card has launched, in the meantime we don't know anything from OCUK, our individual brands or Nvidia.
One Week and we don't know our place in the queue, what's happening about deliveries or expectations or what conversations are being had, what OCUK are actually trying to do other than "their best" and no details.

And another card has launched in the meantime.

Is anyone else's patience slowly souring as the most we hear is that scraps of X card have been shipped (a meaningless piece of information to anyone not receiving that information through an email already) and seeing that other companies have schedules and are at the least communicating their plans.

Forgive me but we should not have to be begging for information like this.

It has been a whole week and we are still begging to know what's happening with our £4.5million worth of orders.

Any updates as they become available are in this sticky thread: https://forums.overclockers.co.uk/t...deliveries-how-to-cancel-your-order.18899277/

+ One to this. I'm normally a patient guy but this is driving me nuts. No info passed on to the customer that's worth talking about. Manufacturers definitely know what they will be shipping over the next 7 days as they have to make a work schedule of some sort for what they are manufacturing. OCUK should be pushing for more info on a daily basis and then passing it to us the customer.

What do we reckon is the best option for this side of Christmas that isn't one of the worse cards such as zotac? Asus TUF OC?

Asking for a mate

Depends on whether stocks pick up or not. Palit, KFA2, Inno3D and PNY seem to have quite low order numbers, but we've only seen Palit cards in stock so far.

So true sc*ns a lot more productive and in control it seems. OCk's should be doing the same thing

Might be to do with the fact they've stopped taking orders. OCUK continue to take orders and people are pre-ordering in the hope getting one some time soon.

The statement by NV was a joke, more self-fallaciating than a real statement with practical information, and I check the forum post constantly for meagre updates that apply to half a percent of the people on here.

I ordered the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3080 Eagle OC 10GB GDDR6X PCI-Express Graphics Card at 15.11pm, tried to order from 14.00hrs but page kept freezing, according to the page I am no 207 in the queue so am unsure when I will get mine, I'll check every day though.

yeh ive been 3rd in line since Friday the 18th... no news yet. :-\

I just RMA'ed my 3080 Gigabyte Eagel OC today. The PCI connector pins looked like they were soldered on in a rush.

3 of the 8 pins in the connector closest to the back of the card are seated much lower than they should be and I suspect that might be a problem when it gets hot.

I ran a couple of games for like 15 minutes before the screen went black and the fans stopped on the card (logo was still illuminated) and I had a black screen.

Plugged my Radeon 7 in and played for hours. PSU is a 750W.

So sad... :(

this as me really worried re the eagles strange power connector even der8auer in a recent vid pointed this out .... i think i am going to cancel my eagle order

Ok all MSI gaming trio pre orders prepare to be a bit disappointed. No orders have been fulfilled for the trio's yet.

Official word from @Gibbo at 5.30pm 24th September.

"At no point has anyone also said MSI Gaming was in stock, it was not and never has been. The only MSI card in stock was the Ventus".

However, no mention on stock volumes or delivery of first batch either.

Do you have any info gibbo on predicted delivery date of msi gaming no matter how small the batch.

Thanks in advance, some news is better than no news
Rip. I'm like 200+ in that queue so it's gonna be a long wait if it's only 50 cards or so each week, and it hasnt even started yet.

Regretting buying it now and would've just gone for Evga in that case. Only reason I went for MSI was because it said "available 18th Sept" whereas Evga said pre order.
