Calculator thingy cant be right, there were many people who said that they cancelled their TUFs pre order but my position in a queue stayed the same. Without official list it is not worth much this calc.

This calculator has never claimed to be accurate, and no, it doesn't have the foggiest about cancellations.

could all be people that were behind you in the queue, its the same as me, im still 24 on the zotac list,

What's your oder number? You can xx out the last two digits. Just curious to see how many have been ordered since people realised the queue for these was lower.

Well, yes... but that still doesn't mean that they'll be shipping those 250 (per model) in the next week. Also, the pre-order list on OC keeps getting bigger, as pre-orders haven't been closed off.

Yes, it's part of the forum rules. OcUK pay for the forums. They don't want people advertising their competitors on here, which is fair enough.

You can get a 780 Ti for 75 quid from cex for the time being, that's what i did and now the wait for a 3080 doesn't seem so daunting.

They had R9 290Xs for £65 last I looked, which is an even better deal.

To be fair they probably didnt sell anymore than 500 cards of each int he first place

Some of OCUk models only had 79 pre orders.

Their post means nothing to be honest. They might have pulled the plug on orders at 2500 across the range and they could have some cards they still havent shipped any and others they might have shipped 100 in total and still truthfully make that post you posted.

It just makes people who have ordered happier. They are better at PR than ocuk.

Might be cancelling my MSI x Trio soon, so if you're number 905 or above you'll get a bump . Managed to bag Asus TUF 3090 from competition just now. Preferred to get 3080, but when one 3090 came up in stock for £1399, I couldn't say no .

Thinking doing same, my Eagle 3080 had not moved still nr aprox "20" and its been some time now - ordered from Nvidia 3090 might just keep that ;(

This the one you're thinking about? I saw that one and was also considering it, also saw this, I was just wondering if the VA -> IPS justifies double the price since I've heard VA is still a good enough panel for colour accuracy.

Yeah that is the one! I hadn't seen the cheaper one, thank you for linking it, i shall read into them both.
In honesty as long as it doesn't appear to be washed out then I am fine with it. I quite like the idea of having a panel for FPS etc, and then a panel for single player games.
At the moment I have a little while to read up on each of them whilst I await my 3080 haha
