This is what is says online with regards to online orders on Gov uk website

After an order is placed
You must:

  • provide a copy of the contract on paper, by email or another format the customer can save for future reference
  • provide the copy of the contract no later than when the goods are delivered
  • deliver the goods within 30 days, unless you’ve agreed otherwise with the customer
Think you agree when placing a pre order.

must have missed that... what did it say lad?
We're shipping as many as we can produce, but it's still not enough to meet the demand we are seeing across the E.U currently. We obviously want to give you the cards you've ordered ASAP and our doing our best to get the parts needed to produce more.

Please read the FAQ regards signature sizes.

I've just spoken to someone on the phone after waiting for 55 minutes on hold about the processor that I've ordered. Whilst I was on the phone, I asked about the TUF 3080 gfx card I'd ordered at the same time.

He told me they have 1800 of those specific cards in the backlog. They're working on que positions and a landing page for orders that have been placed.

Yesterday, they received 27 cards (TUF), so if they receive the same amount everyday (which they wont) it would take them 70 days to clear the backlog. They're in constant communication with NVIDIA to get more in.

It is going to be a long wait.

This might be a silly question, but regardless of that. Any chances of sharing if shipments are within the hundreds or the thousands every 2 weeks. Thanks for your time.

We're having to split the cards throughout the EMEA, so while we are producing thousands it'll be in the hundreds by the time the stock is allocated. This is improving shipment by shipment but the number of flights globally is still massively done which also effects shipment times and costs too.

At the risk of getting my big wooden spoon out....

Say for example ocuk took 20k orders at roughly £750 a go ( works out to 15 million) and put it in a 4% interest account they would make 11.5k a week interest....... let that sink in

Mind me asking what processor you ordered? I'm upgrading and trying to figure out what to pair with a 3080

You might not be providing customer data but you would be accessing it, You don't just want to print a list off and put it on a wall as in 2 days it will be useless and wont give you any idea of what has already been shipped. You'd need something that would be linked into a database with all the order info so when something has been dispatched its no longer in the q.

Just join the order table into the item table for each of the 15 products and the user table for email address, sort by the date logged then write a row number.
Union all these and produce an email merge to email a person their row number for a product.

A competent dba can do this in an hour, if they really go slow and unit test.

It's awful that the Gaming X Trio card seems to be getting no updates, the ETA that showed 18th Sep is the only reason I chose that card...

Why is everyone looking at legal information to try and force him to publicly say "we don't know, we are as annoyed as everyone else"
Jesus, its hardly good for OC to lose preorders because people don't know but he can only filter down in he gets.
Be patient we are all in the same boat
