The entitlement on this thread is hilarious. Not sure what people are expecting given a seemingly global shortage. If you're not happy cancel and go elsewhere if you think you can do better. It was noted yesterday there were not going to be daily updates so people come back today asking for updates?

I feel the same way. Has been an update almost everyday. They are telling us as much as they know I reckon.
Isn’t going to be constant updates everyday if they have nothing to update us on ! Everyone knew there was gonna be a wait. It’s only been a week !

Just requested to cancel my MSI Gaming X order so those in "the queue" (ha what queue) for one of those have just jumped up one place.. I think ill get a £200 cheaper FE direct from NVIDIA's website quicker...

OVERCLOCKERS... seriously if you want to keep customers then publish this simple info and dont tell me you dont have it.... Each pre order should come with a queue number so we know how many orders for our exact card is in front of us... and everytime you fulfill a batch of orders for that card - just ping us a notification to say youve jumped up to xxxx in the queue.... SIMPLE - we know where we stand and you will keep customers... all this lack of comms and uncertainty is a load of crap. I purchased my card on paypal's 4 month interest free credit and it looks like it would be out of its interest free period befotre i got the card. so thanks to your lack of comms - you lost my order and probably any subsequent orders too....

Im not blaming you for the lack of stock - I am blaming you for taking the money and giving me no info in return.

10900k is a great cpu but if you want A good one that’s a bit less look at the 10850k. It’s a fair amount cheaper but only a fraction less performance
I thought I might need to upgrade my 8700k but in all the tests I have looked at it is only getting 5-8 FPS less than the 10 series cpu's, so just going to stick with it for now and see what comes out down the road

Hi, long time lurker here. I've just called up CS and asked, if I was wanting to receive a 3080 sooner which card would I be best changing it to (I had a Ventus on order unofficial queue position roughly 350).

The chap I spoke to recommended the Zotak trinity OC and said I'd likely get it sent out from the first batch when they receive a delivery. Feeling a lot more hopeful now :).

So how would that work? I ordered a zotac on the 17th and I'm currently 103 in the unofficial calculator so certainly wouldn't expect one from the next batch... Surely if your jumping ship onto another card you should be going to the back of the queue?

At the risk of getting my big wooden spoon out....

Say for example ocuk took 20k orders at roughly £750 a go ( works out to 15 million) and put it in a 4% interest account they would make 11.5k a week interest....... let that sink in

Not sure where you are getting 4% on cash these days ,but a typical business account is paying around 0.05% or around £20 a day on £15m...

You're speaking to the community, not the company. If you want your feedback to be heard, send it to the right place.

I think the issue is that they are STILL happily taking pre-orders (which isn't the issue) and pocketing people's money (£700+) with no realistic date of when these expensive products will be delivered. Other sites have managed to at least publish a delivery schedule for all to see yet overclockers don't seem to be able to do that.

Fox??? Really?? I haven't seen any stock at all from them, it just says "Coming soon" for me everytime I check

The clip of those prices, I wouldnt be too envious....if it's true, that is.

They do seem rather expensive but I just presumed they never put them up for sale and were waiting to release once they had a good level of stock, will definitely be looking at them more in the future

I'm honestly not to bothered when I get mine, but, that being said, it would be nice to know what position you're in officially, if you could tap your order number in somewhere and get a queue position I think that help potentially stop a lot of people ringing up and clogging up the phone lines asking when they are getting their GPU.

I do think you’re right. Pre-orders should be closed until the queue has been reduced to a manageable level or they know massive shipments are coming in.

@Things change I've changed - you’re right too - an official queue position would stop some of the moans. I guess they want to make sure the info is right first and secure. Do people want the correct information or do they want information fast?
