We'd like to thank you for your continued patience and understanding. Previously we had been expecting stock for your order within 2-3 weeks of our last correspondence. However, due to unprecedented delays to stock being shipped and available to us, unfortunately, this time frame has become increasingly imprecise.
We are in constant communication with both the manufacturers and our suppliers, who have now informed us that, due to current availability and production times, our existing backorders will be arriving with us in approximately 4 weeks from now. As such, we would like to reassure you that we will not be taking any new orders until we have completed existing orders for our current customers, including the order you have placed with us.
We understand that this is a less than ideal situation for some, and should you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by logging in to your online account.
If you would like to cancel your order and chose to pay by Debit or Credit card, you have not been charged for your purchase as we do not take payment until your order has been dispatched. However, if you chose to pay by Paypal and your payment has already been processed, please contact our Customer Services Team to arrange a refund in full.
