*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

Hey Dave,

There is no big conspiracy, I’m sorry if my replies seem vague and aloof.

Obviously, we don’t want to lose your orders as the business and customer loyalty is important to myself and GIGABYTE. However, there is good reason I cannot share more detail with you (trust me, I’d love too it would make my life easier)

All cards once produced ship from either China or Taiwan, there are mixed shipments of air and sea shipments. We have shipped as many of the cards as we can via air to avoid customer delays but obviously, we cannot ship everything via air, so we also ship cards via sea and stager the delivery dates.

Currently the stock arriving to Europe needs to be split between the whole of the EMA region, that stock is then shipped to the relative countries. Once it arrives in that region the stock is divided out to a network of distribution companies. The distributors then split their allocation out to the re-sellers such as OCUK.

This is the reason the information provided by me is fairly, limited. I can only base the estimated dates on the production and shipment information.

Its why I cannot commit to exact dates or quantities. OCUK are doing their best to get the stock they can, to meet customer demand.

Hopefully, OCUK will be able to provide you with more exact info soon.

@GIGA-Man Thank you for the detailed response, it's actually gone a long way to placating me. I'm hoping that as others have stated there's some work going on relating to the caps, i'd rather wait it out than try and deal with a possible RMA ;) Many thanks for your repsonse, it's genuinely appreciated :)

I've been wathcing for this too, and to my knowledge I've not seen anyone posting that they've gotten one, this is despite the initial launch showing them as "in stock with more due 23rd september". I'm waiting for the Gaming OC @ #75 in the Q

Saw at least two bunches of Gigabytes go out in first week or so.

Where the kfa2 guy at? Must have sank along with the cargo ship carrying the cards!

@GIGA-Man Thanks for the Update on your end!! :) much appreciated.

Okay, if I assume the worst that means cancelling the order... I don't wanna do that, I think others feel the same, just tell us something
