Small amount came in and all went in pre builds lol. Wouldn't be surprised.

Yes we are contending with this and other who you know is what you get. I would have been happier let’s say if 15 in front of me got some cards!

@Gibbo @EVH I know especially Gibbo won't reply. But I'd like to give some small feedback.

We appreciate the posts from Gibbo. But telling us some cards are due in and nothing else doesn't help anyone. I would and I'm sure everyone else would rather posts from Gibbo confirming cards have come in. Only let us know when you a actually have them Infront of you. Several times Gibbo has posted ASUS TUF OC are "due" in but no mention if they came in or not. And if any shipped. Considering a small amount of TUF OC was dude in today. And no one from queue position 4 and up got one sent out today. Are we to believe either you only got 3 cards in or they didn't come in.

Please let us know when you get them. Or continue as your doing but let us know that some shipped out.
Gibbo did do this at very start once saying they shipped all cards out today etc.
But I think telling us some are due in next day and then no update if they ever came in. Is just getting people's hopes up.

Did any ASUS TUF OC come in today and if so we're they all shipped out.

Well they probably don't want you to know that a portion of the numbers coming in are for builds. It's a pretty easy calculation, 30 cards coming in but only dropped 20 in the queue....

I've gotta say that I think this is terrible service from OCUK. f I wasn't protecting my place in the queue I'd have cancelled days ago. They are seriously about to lose me forever as a customer. I've bought all my main system builds from here but no longer if this dearth of information continues.

I’m not cancelling I’m 36 in a queue. If that number does not drop week after week after reports of cards coming in then that’s just worse now.

A few people on twitter have pm'd me they have already recieved ROG Strix 3080 OC in the UK from another competitor. But yet overclockers havent even recieved one batch of them. Extremely disappointing and will be the last time i ever buy anything from overclockers again.

- You have no way of knowing if what competitors say is accurate of not (same could be said of OCuk but they conveniently skip that)
- We tell you only what we know for certain, instead of just speculating (except when a competitor says he has shipped batches of cards from 4 different AIBs it seems to me that it's not "speculation")
- You're free to cancel anytime.

Let's be honest, nothing that OCuk/Gibbo/CustomerService say is ever consistent, we get a slightly different picture every time depending on who's talking. The front page even claims that OCuk is "shipping cards daily", while Gibbo's posts paint a completely different pictures of "small amounts" coming in every 4 days, 3 when we are lucky.
When communication is so inconsistent it's hard to understand what's the truth and what are the lies, but the one thing you can be sure of is that there are plenty of lies around.

nVidia caused the original issue yep. OC decided to knowingly continue to take pre-orders they knew they had little chance of filling. Other retailers had some common sense and took products off sale until they knew when they're getting more. The way OC are just taking money left and right when they know the situation is totally wrong and can't be blamed on nVidia
