I really hope the whole story is revealed about this whole launch. How many were actually made at launch, when aib's actually started making them, how and when retailers had stock etc.

A documentary i'd enjoy watching.

Like most here I can fully understand the delays and shortages but have trouble with the lack of information being given.
 
just brought a 1660 super to tie me over till i see some movement on my card if i see a 3080 available elsewhere that im able to get i'll cancel my order from here but at least i can put it to the back of my mind for now refreshing this page every few minutes was driving me crazy.

Interesting that if you "markup" and put on ebay its wrong, mark up and put on your own web store its ok. I wonder if the court of public opinoin will shift sufficiently on the effect on customers pockets to gain traction and that we will seegreater control on prices charged by vendors in the early days of technology releases.

Look at the double speak in this, even the first sentence
Starlight partner is an individual sales subsidiary working under MSI.
Individual = used to create distance
Working under MSI = again used to create the perception of separation

Make no mistake here, a subsidiary means a smaller company owned by a larger controlling company

But I guess " Starlite is a sales company owned and controlled by MSI" , is not the message they want to put across, but is the fact of the matter and what it actually tells when you remove the bull sh it
 
I don't think you can regularly purchase from the main competitors website, if you look right now there isn't a clear buy option unlike other websites

Hopefully bro. I'm queue POS 17. Fingers crossed. I think considering they where due in yesterday. If we don't get a shipping notification today then f knows. Gibbo needs to give updates on not only what's due in but if they came in and went out. Else saying some are due in who knows if they did.
 
Just got off the phone from a competitor and I am 38 in queue for a Gigabyte eagle and they are getting 15 ish a week - so maybe end of month even with a good queue position. I have an order for my brother with OC and am 520 ish for the same card.

Assuming both orders were put in at or around the same time, then that is quite eye-opening!
