Moved more than 30 places in the Palit non-oc queue, now sitting at sub-50. Looks hopeful that I'll get the 3080 in time for Cyberpunk 2077. Good luck everyone!

Your change in position is likely because of people cancelling orders. I'm in the top 100 for the Gaming Trio and my position only went down my 4 places.

Only 21 MSI 3080 Gaming trios delivered today?? Thought there was meant to be a large amount??!! Man this whole **** show is getting more and more wound up. Nvidia and MSI have really ***** this one up.

Ordering an Asus card from OC

After almost a month of waiting I finally got my queue position for the non OC Tuf 3080 and it's a tasty 1767.

I'd have been happy enough if there was movement but it doesn't look like Asus are pushing any non OC so I'm just going to cancel my order. It's unlikely anyone will be getting one of these cards until mid next year and by then there will probably be plenty of sites selling some kind of 3080 without too much difficulty.

OcUK, along with every other seller in the world, will currently be on the phone constantly to all the wholesalers begging for stock.
These wholesalers and every other wholesaler, will also be on the phone to manufacturers, resellers, importers etc. desperately begging for stock.
It is not OcUK's fault there is no stock. Getting sh@tty with them will not help the issue or make the cards come any sooner.

As soon as stock is available they will send it out.

Instead of bitching let everyone use the opportunity to save up for a decent 144hz 4k gaming monitor with HDR to justify the £900 we just wasted on a toy.

p.s. I'm currently stuck with an old 1070ti. You think you desperately need a new GFX? lol

Stuck with an old 1070ti is still better than no GPU at all on a brand new solid build lol

Hi mate, Yes that was my queue position, 1776 for the TUF non overclock, I was quite late to the party.....

Since cancelling my order, I've had chance to reflect. I reckon Overclockers are probably holding in excess of £5,000,000 worth of back-orders, thats being very conservative, having looked at my order again I realized that I was even charged for postage, £10 for a small parcel costing in excess of £700. I've had washing machines costing less delivered for free, next day. It's a lucrative business alright, Gotta be £2-3000 per month in Interest at a paltry 1/2 % on that kind of money. I know this will be the same for most e-tailers but still think it's shameful of companies to take your money immediately when actual despatch could be months down the line.

I probably sound like a Miser, I only know my money is hard earned via 12 hour shifts and it just didn't sit well with me, hence the cancelation. I'll gladly pay when the product is in stock, Good luck to you all ;)

Dude you can work it out from the post. When shipping is used and arrives with us a week later is then said. So shipping = on its way to ocuk

3090 Ventus - Very small amount shipping same date
3080 Gaming Trio - Large amount shopping 23rd with a small additional amount shipping 31st
3080 Ventus - OK amount shipping from MSI factory 31st, due with us a week later.

I'm not going to argue with you, but how does this tell me that it's shipping from Asia and that we should expect it a week later?

"3080 Gaming Trio - Large amount shopping 23rd with a small additional amount shipping 31st"

To a normal human being, that says that OCUK will be shipping a large amount on the 23rd; and a small amount on the 31st.

It's not hard to communicate things accurately.

Also - there is no reference to Asia in that entire thread, except the reference to Asia Golden Week, which most people know about already.

I'm just a consumer... I'm not even salty. I'm waiting my turn. But I won't be fed falsehoods either. I shouldn't have to read into things to determine what it means.
