Ah, this sounds like the response i should have got. Pretty sure mine is not coming or i would have had further emails by now.
 
I'm surprised demand is so high, expected many people would have CPUs recent enough to see limited boosts in gaming.
 
I placed my order, funds were taken but I got an email saying OC hadn't taken payment yet. My credit card online service showed they had taken payment so I called customer line. It took me over an hour to get through. When I did, I was told my order had gone through fine but they didn't have any stock or an ETA. I could have purchased this cpu from another company for less money and had next day delivery. Then to top it all off, the order has disappeared from my account orders. It originally said Order received, not shipped. What is going on? I realise today has been busy but this is ridiculous. Tried to call again as worried but lines are now closed.
 
@Lokken86 mine says the same I also payed through Amazon although for a 5800X and order was taken at 14:20 so hopefully I got one they were still in stock when I placed my order I payed for Saturday Delivery so I'm not sure :/
 
I bought the 5900X with the upgraded delivery of DPD 12:00 next day. How long will it be till it ships as it is going to suck to pay for faster delivery if it is not going to be shipped for a few days to a few weeks at which point special delivery was not required.
On the checkout delivery windows it came up as for Friday at the highest cost what I choose but my order is in : order received - not yet shipped.

Are they going to refund shipping or reduce it back to a normal delivery cost when they have them in stock to ship.
 
I’m an avid fan of OC and will use them above any other vender, but didn’t see the memo about the 5pm being changed to 2 pm, so tried my luck with the competitors.

Having snagged a 5950x at 2pm on the dot, and getting to checkout PayPals new sending a code thing refused to work so it wasn’t until 2:09 I got my order through but was told the estimate was 30th Nov.

just received an email now saying the estimated shipping date is 10-12th Nov. really hope that is true as it will tie in nicely with the EL water block I’m waiting for which is being shipped on the 13th.

This added security and code sending through PayPal is really making the urgency buys a lot harder. Thank for it’s over for now.

I wouldnt get your hopes up too much. I got my order confirmation at 14:03. Had multiple emails since about confirmed order, then confirmed payment, all stating tomorrow as delivery day... Still stuck on 'awaiting dispatch'.

Have since been told on chat that mine could still be a pre order. My order went through at 14:02!
 
For all of you that put in orders but slightly missed the first wave there's meant to be a big delivery next week so I wouldn't be too concerned.

Im im the same boat, estimated tommorow, even paid extra for pre midday delivery. Estimated tommorow, but hasnt been picked yet :(

Speaking to MrPills he said he had similar with a 3070 FE from there and got the dispatch email at 9pm and arrived the next day, so perhaps a small ray of light for us. But i agree its not looking likely.
