RYZEN 5000 SERIES NOW ONLINE - 5950X, 5900X, 5800X & 5600X COMING NOV 5TH AT 5PM **NO COMPETITORS**

I know the feeling. I have all the parts except my 5950x and 3090 Strix. 400 in queue for 3090 and 29 for 5950x I heard a rumour the launch was random throughout the day. So I refreshed ocUK 20mins or so. Got my confirmed order at 2:45 for queue 29. Happy I'm not 200+ but was a shame for others :/
 
I managed to order up a 5900x and asus V111 Hero at 8pm from the Stoke on trent place. I know the cpu will be oem, but it also came in under retail price. Got an email from them saying it will be bios flashed and posted early next week. If that's true I'll be very happy. When I ordered they still have a live stock of 6 so I'm guessing like me people missed these while trying to just secure the cpu only like I did at 2pm from Bolton shop and failed.
Not done any research on the impact v111 hero as really had my heart set on the new black one coming out, but beggers can't be choosers I guess.
Still not seen any user reviews of ppl on here that got cpu's today?

It was already showing as preorder when I finally pushed the order through, but clearly was close enough to the front of the queue that it shipped today anyway.

I have had 2 occasions recently when a friday collection weas delivered on a Saturday without paying extra bud. Christmas rush so get it delivered while you can is my assumption.

400 in queue for 3090??? You might be getting it second half of next year, I am 140 for 3080 and I probably won't see it for months.

It'll be even more annoying when black Friday arrives and all those bits sat on your desk have big discounts on them and you're still waiting
 
I was foolish enough to order mine only 1 hour before they were available for sale... What a banana. Now I'm number 379.

Doesn't matter, I'm waiting for a GPU anyway.
 
Well great, I paid for next day delivery, OCUK shipped it on time, DPD emailed me to say they will deliver it today... but they failed. No email to tell me they aren't coming. I've just seen in the tracking its been rescheduled for Monday.
Surely if they fail to deliver next day, they should at least try the day after?

That would be too logical. These delivery companies like to mix it up a bit.

I got the same email tonight for my 5950x & some random motherboard. Says shipping due middle of next week.
Was tempted to say just to send the parts as is because won't be using the motherboard anyway just want the CPU so I can get on with my project build.

I'm no.113 for my pre order from Overclockers, so not expecting to see that till the end of the year if as was said in another thread that only 10-30 5950x cpu's are coming in with each shipment but we'll see what happens.

Not totally sure but im hoping i get my cpu soon :( im quite low in the queue so 2 shipments that are incomming to ocuk i should be on the 2nd wave i think i hope lol

and im 245 in the queue for my 3080 trio :/ damnt :(

Wow nice one. I didn't even know that was an option. Still I can wait a few days I'm happy to have just got one so late in the day. Feel sorry for all the ppl that didn't secure one though.
 
Was the CPU & board bundle thing a good idea? Did the same myself at dinner time and they all sold out soon after, don't need the board.. but the CPU will be oem not retail?
