Ahh yes :D I keep forgetting which one is which!

I don't mind the combat, reminds me of Batman arkham asylum which I played on the PS3.

Call of duty has no appeal apart from playing zombies with mates, Demon's Souls I'll pick up once it's a bit cheaper and once I've got my hand/eye coordination back for the controller, or else I'd probably go through a few of them! :D

Watchdogs and AC again I'm not really interested in.

Also, Sackboy online Co-op has been delayed until a patch after release (this year) and that's really a game that needs to be played co-op.

With current eBay codes you can get it for £63 for a physical copy if that's of any use and should retain a pretty decent resale value.

I reckon there'll be some places (any that didn't have pre orders) doing online sales on launch day, but you'll need to be really on the ball to get one.

I'm hoping the headset and charging dock come back in stock too.

that’s at least a little promising apart from the shops all being closed now. Wonder if supermarkets will have it?
 
They haven't announced what time of day the PS5 will be available for purchase have they? I'm likely going to just sit there with all major retailer sites open mashing f5 in the hopes that I get one. I'd assume Amazon will have the largest amount of stock on launch, but they'll also probably be the first place that people try.

That's where I'd be trying, tesco, sainsbury, asda etc. All online obviously, as no ps5 sales will be in person.

All the supermarkets have an online presence now, some stuff they only sell online.

Yeah I know that. I got the impression he/she was talking about just going to a supermarket to get one.
 
The weird thing just now is I know many places are trying to discourage people from going to and waiting at stores on launch day.

So I'm not sure whether we'll see much stock at stores like we normally would due to lockdown restrictions.

I still reckon supermarkets and out of town electronics retailers are probably the best bet on launch day though.

I thought Sony tweeted that it would be online only (click and collect etc)
 
Just got a text message from argos saying:

Good news - Your pre-order for ****** for item is on its way. dpd uk will deliver as early as the official release date to track your order...

Hmm seems a bit early to get a message like that :o

Does indeed, I'd expect that maybe couple days before as courier likely hold it until release date but essentially two weeks early is odd
