Well looks like Amazon & DPD are coming through in the end! N.Ireland Amazon preorder here!

Makes we wonder why OCUK can't offer 24hr delivery to N.Ireland with DPD?!

It comes with a HDMI 2.1 cable, so if you want all the fancy stuff turned on at once (4k, HDR, 120fps) you'll need to use it, or a similar spec cable. If you don't need all that bandwidth you can reuse your old cable.

Don't think my TV supports hdmi 2.1. Will have to check the model number.

It’s always better to book off the week after launch, that way you avoid disappointment and wasting your holidays.

Still no movement.

My DPD didnt move all morning, still delivery 10, guy was supposedly delivering 2......however it just arrived.

Also the DPD app just informed me the driver is 30 minutes away, 5 minutes after delivery. Think they have issues with updates.

First game installed - Untitled Goose Game to get the 25 reward points..

£450 to play that

Game is pretty hilarious though to be fair.

Loving the console so far. The dashboard, game starts and generally everything is so snappy compared to how i remember my old One X being. Its genuinely like using my PC and you can tell its all running off an NVME drive.

Happy Argos shopper here. Spoke to the delivery guy. He said they have given him an extra 50 drops today because of the series x release........for no extra money. So viewing it from the delivery point of view - they are clearly under a lot of pressure.

Me too sadly.

Dont understand why these couriers dont add trackers or delivery windows. It reduces pressure on their customer service teams as inevitably people will want a bit more of a an estimate instead of "any time today"
