*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

Trust me our booking in team cannot stand it, the suppliers will literally send say 10 pallets and they won't be organised, the outside of the pallets could be cases, but the interior could be GPU's or anything else.

Thanks for the information in these posts it clears a lot up really. I'm sure a lot of people that read that will be more understanding with this like myself as to how the shipments coming in work. Would be sticky worthy so all can see it in all honesty. Hopefully cut down on the amount of questions you guys have to answer about certain orders. Again my apologies for my ignorance on the shipment situation and frustration.

Thanks, that is a satisfying answer as it's pretty much the info I was looking for. @Scotti tells me that I'm looking to much into this, and maybe I am, but what you guys need to remember is as a consumer, I don't understand how the stock flow works, so explainations like this are really useful.

Put yourselves in my shoes.. If you guys didn't know how the stock flows, and you were told 50pc were incoming which would cover your order, and then suddenly only 20pc's dispatch, you're obviously going to be wondering where the other 30 went too.

And guys.. reminder.. we are being patient. The people who have kept orders with you have been patient for months now.

We appreciate your patience, sorry if we can across wrong at times or ungrateful for your business, we are just also extremely frustrated by it all too.
As Scotti said I was having a heated conversation with partners and manufacturers yesterday about if there is any truth to 3080Ti and how I feel it is a poor show to be releasing yet more products when backlog for current product is still not fulfilled.

My own personal opinion is that the biggest priority right now is clearing backlog and the manufacturers should be doing everything in their power to make this happen and thus new product, new GPU's should be on hold / cancelled until a date when backlog is clear and the current products are available on the shelf at all resellers worldwide and we will keep pressing this.

Because myself and the rest of us at OcUK believe the biggest priority is those who have waited and still are waiting to get their cards, those orders needs fulfilling urgently and until that is done all new projects should be on hold.

Unfortunately not, the T&C's for OCUK cover this point:

1.3 No contract exists between you and the Supplier for the sale of any goods until the Supplier has received and accepted your order and the Supplier has received payment in full (in cleared funds). Acceptance of your order will be communicated to you by way of email at the point of dispatch of the products. Acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time the Supplier sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail).
1.4 By way of clarification, an acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you via e-mail when you place your order, but acceptance of your offer to buy the goods will not take place until the Supplier has shipped your order.

The shipping date will be your tax point and that is what will be used to determine the VAT/duty etc. at the border.

... but I really don't think you have to worry about the VAT, you are only going to pay VAT once whatever happens.

For the duty, I've not seen a definitive list of the duty rates your country will apply, so yes, that is a risk.

Good to know have a Reverb G2 on order from Spain hoping the 50 euro HP rebate will cover import fees if it ships after 31st Dec

@Gibbo @ScottiB

any update on the TUF non-oc 3080's that was supposed to arrive last week?

Still not arrived yet I am afraid, well 6 out of 19 arrived, the rest are still being chased / searched for and an additional 60+ are also due in 5-10 days. Anything before Christmas now will be a bonus as shipments are delayed now and deliveries now all seem part shipments.

Have the tuf ocs been shipped yet or are ready for shipping ? @Gibbo

We were waiting on a delivery of 20, of which 4pc have being booked in so far today, not sure if the other 16 are there are not and a further 70+ are due sometime next week.

@Gibbo really don't want to ask as I know you guys are busy, But I'm going to cuz I'm an Arse
Is there any news at all on the Zotac Trinity?

No news I am afraid.

3080 Gaming OC, 60pc arrived, 58pc shall ship today and 2pc have being used to cover RMA's.

Slight correction here in the spirit of full disclosure.

There was supposed to be some SI stock on this delivery but it has been delayed for a few days. We have a 14 systems that had been waiting quite a while and we want to get them sorted pre-xmas. Therefore, 14 units have been moved to the SI part.

When the SI stock arrives Monday/Tuesday we'll return the 14 units to the retail stock, plus some extras I hope and get those shipped same day.

Apologies for any delays, we are attempting to get as many cards to as many customers as possible pre-xmas and this is the only way to ensure that we can achieve that for both system and card customers.

Thanks for the full disclosure there ScottiB. Reigning my expectations in a touch but still getting excited that I'm getting ever closer to the finish line. :)
