Not anytime soon by the looks of it. I can't find any AMD GPUs anywhere. Almost everywhere is sold out, other than some RX 580's on OcuK.

The only place selling GPUs at the moment is that auction place at scalper prices.

EDIT -

Not just computer hardware having shortages either, not long ago there was a nationwide shortage on sewing machines, according to Mrs LtMatt. :p

Once Samsung fully takes over full production for Nvidia, TSMC will have more allocation available to AMD who are prioritising consoles at the moment.

I think sometime during the summer, every online store will have plenty of stock. We'll be able to watch reviews, choose what we want and then order it for next day.

If demand continues and if supply remains low due to production being hammered due to increased demand from consoles, automotive, smart phones etc it’s going to be a very long time, 2022 earliest and maybe longer.

Far East cannot cope the world needs more manufacturing plants to cope, modern cars have increased demand on this sector massively and with demand at all time highs on components is not helping.

Mining is at all time highs and miners are buying stocks up worldwide leaving resellers and consumers without much needed GPUs and other parts.

BTC crashes hard things will improve but the projections are opposite and BTC could be 100k plus by Spring/Summer.

You can get the less desirable (no overclocking ability) zotac 3090 trinity in places, here had some over Xmas. Just checked and there's 10 kfa 3090 in stock here and other places, these can be overclocked. 3080s well I haven't seen them anywhere.

Does OCUK not have a waiting list that you can put yourself on ? Or without naming anybody are any other online suppliers allowing people at least to get into a cue? Also this would stop scalpers advantage with their bots!

This is what I'm wondering too. Even just to put a preorder or something down would be fab

What gets me is the lack of communication from amd regarding the supply issues for their gpu's and the continuing silence from gibbo regarding the availability of these so called stockpiling of gpu's that he was building up to avoid them selling out instantly.

The only new gen GPU available is the RTX 3090, and that's it.
Either pre-order for God knows when or 3090's price for a 3080.
Even worst than during the mining boom.

They used to but after the backlast of the 3080 I believe @Gibbo gave up because customer services were / still are getting hammered by people chasing cards

I just joined the discord partalert, and there is stock appearing and going quickly in small numbers across the uk. I am waiting a couple of days just to assess the situation!

Complete waste of time all you'd be doing is joing the back of another queue of people who ordered much earlier and still haven;t got any hope of getting a card any time soon, your best bet is stock alerts, chances are slim but you've a much better chance than joing a pre-order and paying up front for nothing into the bargain.
