And according to the "competitor" they have no prior knowledge of stock dates. They just show up when they do.
Yup they absolutely do know when they are arriving, no chance they just arrive at said shop out of the blue, there will be shipment dates etc. going back and forth between them and nvidia and the courier that delivers them.
Suspect main reason they and other state this is to avoid people going on live chat, ringing etc. to constantly ask when they are arriving and given their efforts they go to, to make sure that bots etc. don't get the cards, they probably want to avoid giving a heads up.

Today has been very quiet for Nvidia cards; first day where basically nothing has happened.

That's annoying, none of my Discord groups picked it up.
If you keep refreshing every so often whilst logged in the traffic lights appearing are a telltale sign. Prepares you a bit.
Do they actually show up in listings on there once they're in stock? Only time i've seen them appear is when linked to a random url by the nvidia site.
No its a special page but the traffic lights appearing are a good sign something is about to happen. Thats how I got my 3080 FE didnt need the Discord alert to tell me only needed that for the URL. Every little helps

Hmm yet to see the traffic lights, keeping an eye on things anyway for the rest of the week. Usually seems to be the latter stages they appear.
