I didn't know about this before seeing it in this thread, but I found a clip on Youtube. Absolute gold. Both for the comedy value and for nobody being nasty about it.

EDIT: While looking for a video, I happened to find that out it's probably not a Zoom filter that someone else had applied and which the lawyer didn't know how to turn off. It's some bloatware that Dell plops onto some of their computers.

For example, here's a thread about it from 11 years ago when it was popping up when people were using Skype.
