Images of items I have purchased (except trainers [no feet pics])

I really can't see how those but washers (the likes you see in Japan etc) really work?!

Surely it's like trying to wash your car with just a pressure washer? Yeh it might get a bit cleaner, but you're only really going to properly clean it with a physical contact. Ie with a mitt etc

If you got poo on your hand would you simply wipe it off with tissue or would you wash your hands? You still do both with a bidet.

Yeah you should use two buckets too.

You still have a wipe first. The best Japanese ones are amazing....warm oscillating jets, a warm air drying cycle, heated seats. Bliss.

I have looked up buying them here, fair pricey though. I'll probably drunk buy one someday :P

The cold high pressure hoses are effective though. Definitely wakes you up in winter.

Bought the expensive fan to complete the set...

That's like saying. 'I can't see how toilet roll works' it's like washing my car without wetting the sponge, or pre spraying the car....

Ice Age

I got my RipRight PRX sticks today. Essentially a portable gym made of 2 sticks with rubber bands for full body resistance training and muscle building. Different size bands included to add further resistance etc.

Created by RipRightHD on YouTube. I have been following his Calisthenics videos for some time and figured finally I would show some support and benefit myself in the process.

Here's how it works:

How’re you finding these? I think I need something similar, as I’m finding it hard to manage the space for all my dumbbell weight plates and things.

Amen - I get this, if we carry on with the car wash analogy. If I'm feeling a bit lazy, it's freezing cold outside and the car is absolutely filthy, I'll go to the jet wash at the petrol station.....but no way am I using the brush. It might get the car cleaner, but in no way does it compare to a proper wash with a sponge and nice warm soapy water.

Bidets are excellent. In my culture both manual and/or automatic bidet has been the norm since the dawn of time. Can fill with hot or cold water as you please. Anyway you still need to clean with TP as normal but the addition of water just makes things cleaner./fresher.

I use them daily if I remember! I must say that the videos online make it seem like a piece of cake but when you give it a go the same way you realise just how much of a challenge it is. So far I have only been focusing on movements that focus on my triceps, biceps and shoulders which in effect employs chest and back too so will see what results I get in a couple months time.

The burn right after a session of just 10 minutes I feel is more burny (!) than isolated sessions in a gym. My goal is to just grow muscle mass and have that shredded look as I have below 10% bodyfat. That's for me though and others may see different results.

It is the toughest exercise device I have used to date, and that's even after an ab roller wheel which I found fairly easy lol.

You monster!

Upgraded the poop box with a butt washer. 10 minute job and £22, not bad.

Seems like a good idea in theory, but it's going to be horribly unhygienic in practice. Have you considered the 'splashback' onto the nozzle, which will run off with the remnant water when it's back on the holder?
