Using Bodmas is -15. The Sum is still the same. You don't process them as individual entities. It is an order in which you do things.

5x5 = 25.

Then you subtract the 25 from 5 giving you -20.

Then you add the 5 giving -15.

Depends if you're following BODMAS.

BODMAS would make the answer 25 (if I've remembered it right)

5 X 5 = 25

25 - 5 = 20

20+5 = 25

I now await being told I'm wrong

You're wrong!

You've successfully multiplied 5 and 5... but you got the subtraction backwards.

There are associative rules too (i.e. working from left to right w.r.t. operations of the same precedence) 25 - 5 is rather different to 5 - 25

It depends. Do you want the result of ((5 - 5) x 5) + 5 or (5 - 5) x (5 + 5) or (5 - (5 x 5)) + 5 or 5 - ((5 x 5) +5) or 5 - (5 x (5 + 5)) or something else?
