What PC games are you playing?

Started playing Minecraft again, without a doubt the best game out, oh and FS2020
Minecraft was a victim of content bloat imo. I bought it during beta what feels like a lifetime ago and it was great fun. Then came the redstone. That and everything after that was, in my opinion, a feature too far

It could definitely do with a texture pack of some sort. :p

I genuinely can't work out how to play it :o

I'm running the ray tracing texture pack, looks ace!

You don't have to use the new content though, it just gives you creative new things to build.

I enjoyed the old days of it building spawners

Tombraider (2013)
Had this in my todo list for ages now but only just got round to it. I think Im around 1/2 way through the main story so far and am enjoying it a lot.

Loop Hero
Picked this up a few days ago while I was without a computer so I only played it for 20 minutes last night and wow, I have a really good feeling about this one.

Not the best game to baptise such a monstrous computer with but hey

Also playing Loop Hero, as well as Anno 1800 which I've finally bought! Enjoying them both.

Loved all the new Tomb Raider series, as I loved the originals too. I do hope that the new games go back to the previous witty, confident, sexy Lara. The new Lara is a bit wet. I was playing Tomb Raider Legend again recently and she definitely never looked or sounded better than in that game for me. I think big companies feel the PC pressure to desexualise somewhat. Hopefully once that brigade have all cancelled each other out, common sense will once again prevail!

Assetto Corsa Competizione. My first racing sim (I got a wheel for it too) and I'm in awe. It's the 1 and only game that has immersed me to the point of forgetting I was playing a game and thinking I was driving a real car! Awesome stuff!

I hadn't played Vermintide 2 in a while, it's got some double XP thing due to the 3 year anniversary so I figured I'd fire it up again to level Sienna a bit (I can't really stand her, all the others are fine), but I've not gotten much use out of the boost to be honest.

I just started working my way through Vermintide in single player with bots... man is this one amazing looking and very loreful-feeling )as in, it really feels like Warhammer) game. Yes, it can be a button mash, but the fantastic visuals, great level design and awesome sound really make it a great experience.

It runs smooth as hell at 60fps+ on my rig and OLED TV. I am playing with a PS5 gamepad which is surprisingly good and accurate and imo so much more comfortable than keyboard and mouse where some button mashing is involved and there aren't too many controls to worry about. The PS5 gamepad is really good.

Just grabbed Siralim Ultimate
I played Siralim 3 for a short while a few months back because it was really cheap and enjoyed it quite a bit, but decided to stop playing and wait for Ultimate to come out.
Will be playing later once I've sorted all my software and stuff out again since I had to wipe windows

Valheim.

It was on my radar long before it really blew up in a big way. Surprising how popular it has proven to be with the masses!

Terminator Resistance. Pretty cool so far. Nice to have a game to just pick and play that isn't too complex. It has skill trees, looting, crafting system, etc. but all are quite light-touch. It also has a fun hacking mini-game. It's not a £30+ game but it's going for £18 on CD Keys so worth a look, particularly if your a fan of the first couple of Terminator movies.

Yeah it's so so good. Love the graphics, the sound and the physics / ffb feel spot on.

Had some good races online as well. A few dickheads here and there bit it really is bloody good
