I’d also recommend not using the ‘pass through’ cables to power the card. There have been several reports of doing so causing damage to the connectors. Use a single cable for each connector.Made a bit of a hash job with gluing it down with those dots. Kinda bent the sticker. Ended up taking the whole purple sticker thing off.
Any chance of getting replacement stickers at all ?
I have changed the led colour to match the others , but not sure if I like the look.

I got some cable mod extensions coming tomorrow so I’ll sort out the cabling soon.I’d also recommend not using the ‘pass through’ cables to power the card. There have been several reports of doing so causing damage to the connectors. Use a single cable for each connector.
You got some examples ... I’m liking the idea of a custom sticker@Lustral just get a custom computer sticker made for it, many sites online do that. Also don't change thermal pads on that card if you had sticker problems.

This....^ or may trip the OCP on the PSU too if not balanced on the rails right, always use seperate PCIe cables from PSU to GPU.

serious question on the 3090 with three power sockets would you not need to use three cables? as it draws about 540-580 watts on peak ? or is it just the balance issue? his 3070 only peaks about 200 watts
never had a issue once with one cable on my old r9-390 in the pre built system from a reputable vendor in the 4 years I used it
my psu says do 'not' use extensions in the manual
as for the twin cable thing a 3070 only draws about 200 watts peak you will have no issues on one cable
but for peace of mind you might as well use two
Can this also happen if the lead isn't pushed into the socket too well?
As in a bad connection?
So not just me then .... any chance of getting a replacement sticker from Gigabyte ?Just checked mine and you're right, the sticker is peeling off at that end :/
