Its so neat and tidy. After about 10 years i gave up mostly. UK weather, disease and weeds get so annoying

not trying to teach you to suck eggs @easyrider but those leaves on the cauliflowers, wrap them over the crown or the crown will go yellow. a hair bobble works well for keeping the leaves in place.

Isn't that to keep the rain off them as its that, that causes the discoloration? Probably wont be an issue in a poly tunnel?
it's more that the lack of sun keeps them "bleached".
Fair enough. Shouldn't be as bad in a polytunnel though, you would have thought. a certain amount of shading, especially with the sunshade on it.

Garlic, Turnips, cabbages…some black kale….plants that don’t mind the lower temps…
