A friend of mine had something similar happen with the gigabyte 3080 waterforce that were in stock a couple of weeks ago and he also paid for weekend shipping but when it didn't arrive he called CS only to be told they searched the warehouse but couldn't find the card so I'm guessing this was case of it being oversold.

They told him he could either wait or cancel but he managed to get a 3090FE in last weeks drop so I'm guessing he's now cancelled.

I actually use them regularly for things that OcUK don’t stock or can’t get. But the recent insistance on selling any half decently priced GPU as part of a bundle has left a bad taste.
