GPU sales to Hyperscale Customers.

is that code for "miners"

I believe it's enterprise AI.

EDIT. Up over 8% premarket, this alone is equivalent to around 50% what my initial 2019 investment was. This is why if a company has future growth, regardless of how much your already up, you should still not sell. It's also shows the power compounding and not taking profits over long term.

Up 11% kinda bonkers. I only have this via a fund. Not saying it cant grow as expected but surely the further extended the valuation the more prone to upset things become and upset in some local or wider sphere is normal imo. Someone said its the next 1tn company

It's jumped up 10% a few times recently then right back down again. People are scalping profits.

Nvidia has been very good for me. I bought it in a suite of tech stocks (AMD, Apple, Netflix, & Corsair) a while back when the sector was having a bit of a wobble. They've all done well. Corsair being the exception.

Surprised someone hasn't said the 50% plus earnings plus all potential growth was already priced in. That is what usually gets stated around here. ;)

Yeah, Nvidia has been touted as a $1tn company (not The Next) in the next 24 months, for most of the year.

It's only around 180 P/E though.
people think actual AI is around the corner or something...

when it's all machine learning still, Machine learning first came around in like the 70s or so BTW it's nothing new.
It's basically a buzz word for a "brute force attack" and any models are only as good as the person who trains them.

When you see AI beauty etc it's really what the person who made the model considers beauty.
He/she feeds the machine a bunch of images and says "this is attractive"

they know what a lamppost is because someone in-putted a bunch of lampposts then gave it a "spot the difference competition" to see if it learned what a lamppost is.

Why do people think all the AI that took to social media turned insane... thats the kind of views expressed on those places.
I think it was the Microsoft one that went total racist/nazi mode and got pulled.

Got a problem our AI needs to solve? n o problem we can just run it through the calculations about a billion times to find the perfect answer through trial and error, then we pretend there's anything "intelligent" about it

There's a big difference between a company that's been making profits for decades Vs one that just made its first profit this year and has had huge losses up until now. That also isn't a leader in its field in terms of sales, revenue, etc. Nvidia has been a sound business with very little risk in terms of competition.

We had another 3 spot rises for uranium yesterday, the canadian and US markets were closed, im hoping for a big day today.

this is the ones that im in. Baselode is a bit of a yolo on, i dont have much in it. Sprott is a pretty safe bet, they are the ones buying all the uranium.

Are you still confident about uranium stock future growth, I see they took a bit of a downturn there?

Anyone holding quite a lot of NVDA? Can't see direction for it but up atm.

I only have 12 shares, holding since $210 and feel there's a long long way to go for this.

I thought I had the hang of eToro but when my Nasdaq went up 20+% I sold and it says I made a loss.

Are there any alternatives to etoro anyone here can recommend?

Nvidia is one of my main holdings.

It's just dropped from todays high, I suspect UK has stopped the ARM deal, looking for news.

Regardless of ARM deal I won't sell Nvidia, and happy to hold long term.

If ARM lists on UK stock exchange I will be buying ARM shares.
