He got a massive present from them in the last race
 
I don't think it matters where Max places on the grid be it second, third or fourth - So Saturday means nothing to him.

The reason is he's sooo much better than Lewis at starts it's not even close.

Oh wow! Hope they they're the book at him.

Bottas really could be the difference. He consistently under performs for the team. Unlucky yes, but you sometimes make your own luck. Had he not have gone backwards as usual, he wouldn't have been in that situation pushing the mediums for 33 laps.
I think the fastest lap thing is just not working like it was supposed to. It's a lottery.

Interesting to see that the majority of battles were conducted fairly as drivers do normally battle with natural instincts and protection in mind. Nobody else drives like Max.
 
The FIA does not like marshalls being hauled over the coals.... Never diss the marshals... Unpaid( in most cases?) people who are there to do a job so you can race...

I sense a big slap up meal coming for the FIA on this one! - Hopefully some pizzas for the marshals too!

The fastest lap was supposed to encourage drivers to give a spectacular end to the race, instead it's being gamed by teams who sacrifice the race of their number 2 driver in order to deny a point to a rival. Time to scrap a silly rule that's had unintended consequences.
