Hi all, hope all is well.
Last build is due an upgrade and I'd appreciate the support of the community again as I'm out of the loop with the latest kit.
I've got a 4k monitor and the PC will be used for general use, image editing and 4k video work.
Some manufacturers I like from the last build I'd like to stick with their latest products if possible mainly because they keep the PC super quiet even when under load:
Fan: Notuca
Case: Fractal - ideally with usb c front port(s)
Storage wise 4TB should be good. I like having an OS and program drive and separate one for data. Be good to have an additional backup drive that can automatically copy the data drive.
If I can do without a graphics card to save some power and cost all the better.
I've read components are at some of their cheapest at the moment ( apart from graphics cards) not sure how true that is.
Please give me your thoughts. Looking to buy the majority this weekend but if something is around the corner happy to wait for some bits.
Won't be doing gaming (got the Xbox for that).
Budget is between 1 and 2 k.
Cheers!
