Ordered flowers but got wrong item?

It always makes me laugh when they use the seasonal excuse - if they're seasonal then surely availability can be predicted, and therefore they shouldn't be selling bouquets which cannot be made up given the season they're currently in.

The two roses look past their best as they look like they're already on the turn with the brown tinge to the outer petals. I'd expect at least 20% refunded since it's substantially different to what was expected, also in terms of the number of premium stems rather than padded with chrysanthemums and green foliage.

I hate flower deliveries for this reason. I've used them a few times over the years and the delivered bouquet never looks anything like what was ordered. I've come to the conclusion that it's deliberate and they hope most people won't notice or, if they do, won't complain.

I guess they are reliant on their local suppliers being up to par. Given the reputational risk is on the online provider you have a contract with versus them, maybe you get 2nd tier service.

I tend to use Freddys Flowers which is annoyingly, a subscription service first and foremost, however they construct the bunches themselves and only have a set bouquet each period. They have always been amazing.

Looks nothing like as advertised, i'd be raising a claim

I would expect the colour scheme to be close, even if they had to use different flowers. Looks like it's a rebranded Tesco jobby
