My point was that no European football has allowed Arsenal to focus on the league. Qualifying for the champions league will just undo everything as they will not have the squad to compete and they will be back to mid table.
The financial rewards of being in the CL far outweigh any benefit of fewer/easier fixtures being out of Europe or in the Europa. Without CL football it is incredible difficult to ever build a squad capable of competing. Not only can't you afford to attract (or keep) top class players without that extra revenue, top class players want to be playing in the CL too.

I've never rated Rashford but he's gotten even worse, he looks like he's missing a yard of pace as well because he can't even run past or from folk...
Newcastle still giving Man U assurances we're worse though...
