I'd go something like below for build....
The tuf gaming is solid mid price board that stays cool, can take 4 pcie4m.2 nvme, and can be had in a bundle with the 12700k for £599.99, so in effect getting it for £225(for gaming 12900 not worth the premium over 12700 imo, as dfour says also..the msi z690 tomahawk he put in is a nice board too, though 4th nvme slot is gen3 only, you'd need to go to the msi edge for 4 gen4, which is same price as the tuf below, but no bundle that I could see anywhere.
The RM1000X is a v good psu , and seen it for £130 to £140
The Corsair will work as advertised speed and seen the new design variety for £125. The crucial would be better but they still want £160 for the non rgb variety, and from review, 10 game av fps diff was 1fps diff gaming at 1440p so wouldn't get hung up on C18 or C16 unless price the same or close
OCuk have just dropped price from £350 for the 2tb SN850, so £239.99 is as cheap as I've ever seen it and at £120 per 1tb, I think it's worth it, and if interested in that, wouldn't hang around..it sold out quick last time they had an offer like that
As previous, Arctic best price/performance..you could go for the rgb at £109 as EsaT put in above, and just turn it to white light..that way at least your mobo would be lit up a bit so you could see it, if that is of any interest
Case is subjective, I'd just get one that can take a 360mm in the roof as would rather have fans pulling in cool air and aio expelling (even though air will be slightly warmer from pc componenets), rather than aio having air drawing through it into case
So below can be had for £1,200, leaving plenty for case and any extra fans, gpu such as the 3090Fe for £1399 which was around for an hour yesterday before being sold out so not impossible, and monitor, which I wouldn't have a clue about. Hardware unboxed says there meant to be some new ones coming out in march that may be worth waiting for so could use current monitors and wait for reviews on those
