Now I WFH and spend all day in my slipper socks, I thoughts I'd treat myself to some new ones, with the heel having worn through the old ones...

Half price 'lounge socks' on John Lewis and wow are they comfy!

My biggest first world problem at the moment is that my home office is across the garden, so I have to put actual shoes on to 'go to work'. Those look very toasty.

Crocs and path? Then throw off the crocs and into the socks (leave near the heater).
I've tried exactly this (been a proud croc wearer for a while now) but it's the change back each time I go back to the house for coffee/loo that is just a bit too much hassle.

Can you not just wear the socks and slip your feet into the crocs and then leave them at each door?

No swapping needed.
Mate I am happy enough to wear crocs, but socks in crocs, even to traverse the garden, is just not happening.

I got some Drapers of Glastonbury slippers and specifically got ones with rubber soles. Super warm and comfy and if I need to put the bins out I don't need to change shoes. @NickK @dl8860

I have some mocassin style slippers that are rubber soled but the rubber isn't that hard wearing, and my gravel driveway has already started to tear them up.

I can fully understanding never leaving the front door in crocs with or without socks but when its your own back garden that just seems a little odd. I love my garden crocs with or without socks

@AndyCr15 Great stuff, if anything the coffee ones are my favourite and annoyingly i didn't buy a pack of those, just got the free samples.

The bitterness of the coffee helps offset some of the sugary sweetness.

Some big 8" cutters.

It's not obvious how big they are until compared with other, more normal sized cutters.

My favourite kind of slippers, though it's been so long since I can remember... Maybe has been a few decades now but my favourite were those ones that looked like Bears/Dogs or whatever head was on them. I may have had Santa and Rudolf sets one time. :D

They were so cosy and warm. Thick all the way around your feet/ankles with soft cushy foam soles with the dotted rubber grip patterns.

Anticipating the arrival of my new phone in 4 weeks time, 45w charger because they don't come in the box any more

Not bad at all for £20 though tbf and actually better fit & finish than Samsung's own chargers whilst being cheaper.

Good choice! They're built like tanks. I'd say enjoy, but it'll be more of a love hate relationship.

Thanks and yes seems very solid!

It's technically for my daughter who has recently taken up rowing but think I'll be using it regularly too and ditching the treadmill
