I did read on Twitter that Russia was moving nuclear weapons into Belarus.
In terms of what is basically genocide, I can't think it will me much longer before Putin becomes listed as a war criminal.

Loads of people thinking the requirements will magically get dropped just because russia is invading.
No, russia invading is a good reason to not let you in. The group is after stable countries not a hot invite to a war.
I imagine as a precaution to make sure they aren’t targeted militarily when they join the war.
Hope they’re sanctioned just as hard, surprised they aren’t already having allowed Russia to stage from there. Also launching strikes.
If anything, it just emphasises how useless the UN is in situations like this.

Not to derail the thread too much, but China is just a tiny bit larger than the UK, meaning that it has around half the population density that we do. Therefore for everyone that doesn't hold a comprehensive set of food production and land use statistics in their head I don't think it's that illogical to have thought that they might produce a greater proportion of their own livestock consumption than they do in reality.

Ukranians are defending themselves alright, there are imho two ways to confont them. EIther put the pressure on and let Russia implode and take care of their business or a full counter attack and may god help us all.
