All this talk about Putin pressing the big red button when The West says something he doesn't like is complete tripe. Putin is probably the biggest Kleptocrat in history, he's spent the last 20 years stealing billions from the Russian state and it's people. If he triggers Armageddon then 20 years of hard pilfering is down the pan and all his beloved money is worthless.

Seems the Russians are targeting infrastructure a bit better now, first the TV tower and now reports that a power station that provides power to Kyiv is under threat.

That and this '40 mile long' convoy headed for the capital sounds like things are going to get pretty grim. :(

There's more videos which have come out now - a video showing a single missile hitting the tower itself, and other videos showing a much larger explosion on the ground. The explosion from the ground seems to have come from a second missile, and unfortunately there have been casualties/deaths with the second.

Traditional media channels are being very slow (and being very picky as to what they report) picking up the happenings of what's going on, as I hinted to yesterday.

Well in Ukraine if you are 18-60 you must stay and fight and you don't get a choice and I haven't seen a maximum fighting age written anywhere. You don't need to run around, just take pot shots at passing Russian guards from a window.
Don't forget to post some youtube vids when you get there I will sub to you.

Russia sure is guilty of much here but we as in the west are guilty of a whole more. Easier to turn a blind eye though just makes a mockery of what is happening with Ukraine.

But you can’t take it with you and if he’s gone a bit crazy and approaching possible end of life anyway what’s he got to lose?

I think someone said he wouldnt take on NATO in conventional warfare as he would have no chance of winning that....he does have around 6000 nukes though which he can fire at us if we ever think about taking Russia out.
