You're never going to be able to do that in reality, Submarines can live under ice caps undetected for months, most of the United States Minuteman III ground based missiles are way up in central US (Wyoming/Montana/North Dakota) good luck getting anything near those.

This is what I said earlier. Only very bad things can come of this. The world is now a much more dangerous place and will be for a considerable amount of time.
Everyone will want nukes..... And can you blame them
By losing a load of soldiers, tanks, planes, APCs, tanking their currency 30-40% and being hated by 95% of the world?
There's no much point capturing Ukraine if nobody will trade with you, not to mention the ongoing costs of occupation. It's pretty clear the Ukrainian people will continue to fight back.

Reasonably possible whilst on the way up at least until getting close to space
Practically impossible once the warheads separate and come back down as they are tiny in comparison and travelling very very quickly

Yep there is that but there also discussion on sanctions mean nothing to him.
That has always been the case. There is nothing clever about what he has done.
He's just finally decided to trade Ukraine for economic oblivion.
Well thats good news, they didn't want to fight anyway.
I hope they hold them somewhere near the Polish border and feed them well. If the west treats them better than Putin word will get about.
We have to remember these guys are just pawns in Putins game.
