Ok so what happens when dust settles do Ukraine get there country back after all these sanctions and Putin finally submits?

1) the world has to try to hold Ukraine back on going for gold and rolling into Russia
2) Ukraine tries to negotiate getting nukes as defence if case this happens again in order not to do 1
3) the bill for the bedwetters in the UK who are hiding behind the sofa right now at the thought of having some balls bankrupts the UK ;)

The really big ones need to be delivered by bombers but no bomber would get anywhere near.

Dont they go into space now then come down ot their target from there? pretty sure thats how the ballastic missiles work so by the time you see them they are already in your airspace and can detonate miles up.

Yes basically the ICBM part is much like a rocket used for launching stuff into space, just this time it (well they as typically many warheads to one rocket) come back down almost immediately as nuclear war heads

Yes if if Putin says sorry my bad and leaves then the sanctions are lifted.

There is no peace without a deal on the table.
