This war feels like watching someone abuse a child, or a husband battering a woman slowly to death. Can we not just intervene already and put a stop to this barbarity.

There are missile Defense systems in place I believe around Europe due to American military bases. I’m not sure if the uk has its own Defense system or if it relies on America.

they are not perfect due to the difficulty in tracking the war head trajectory and intersection points so generally multiple defense missiles are used per attacking missile, but they exist.
