Yup, I did wonder how that would come into play.. I mean they host Russian troops (mostly locally recruited these days since 2014) and share a border... wonder if Ukraine has had much fighting back and forth there yet? Haven't heard anything re: that area.
Aren't they already hypersonic? For example Trident reaches 13-15,000mph (MK5). Or are you talking about the re-entry vehicles?
Doesn't mention anything about them deliberately punching holes in fuel tanks as far as I can see? I was just wondering where that came from.

Well it was a tweet from Andrew Neil and he said he got the info from the pentagon.
About as good as your going to get these days.
Have you got a problem with the midlands or something.
Mussolini to Putins Hitler.Belarus putting the general plans out in advance? I guess nothing particularly revealing here - they're gonna attack some of the major cities... who knew? Still quite amusing:
One of the challenges of hitting an inbound ballistic missile is simple speed. Generally an inbound ICBM will be travelling at 7000m/s, so assuming you can hit it (which is no mean feat) you need to be using an explosive that has a speed higher than 7000m/s, otherwise the ICBM will outrun the explosion.
Tbh, the TSAR Nuke was a single use weapon used just to show the world what the USSR was actually capable of. They certainly don't have that kind of power nowadays. Here ya go.
Derby Hiroshima 15kt
Nottingham Nagasaki 20kt
Sheffield Trident 455kt
Birmingham castle Bravo Largest US tested 15MT
Peterborough TSAR USSR tested 50MT
London TSAR USSR designed 100MT

haha, it would look a bit clustered if they all went off in RhylHave you got a problem with the midlands or something.
Rather than a proximity explosion I thought they physically intercepted it? Clearly flight phase dependent.

They need to get Odessa first. But they will surely press into Transnistria if they get Odessa. Russian speakers etc etc
India and china have carried out successful destructions of satellites using ground based missiles.I didnt know they had got as far as low orbit sats from ground yet.
I thought it was only space to space they were worried about, got a link to something describing them?
