Ukraine Invasion - Please do not post videos showing attacks/similar

Wonder what do Ukraine and Georgia from their application , EU is not a single identiy, it wont protect any country member from an invasion. NATO is what they should be after , not EU. At best the EU will impose economic sanctions or strong rhetoric.

There are enough films of real ones on YouTube without watching a fake one, even if it is reasonably realistic.

Over 500 airburst or ground burst nuclear bombs have been set off over the years, not to mention the, three times that many underground tests, so there is plenty of footage and data around.
 
That video of some one recording himself then the missile hits the building. The sound of that missile coming in actually scared me. I know we hear it in the movies and such, but to hear it like that first hand is bloody scary.

Amen to that Dis, we were in a bar once in Tybee Island, near Savannah GA that did bar food and a Brit came in, sat at the bar, asked for a beer, then added, “Can I just have a plate of chips please?”
“You got it bud”, came the reply, and a dish with crisps, (American chips) soon appeared.
He turned to my wife and sighed, “You heard me ask for chips didn’t you?”
She just nodded and smiled diplomatically.

To an extent yes, decision has been made to support Ukraine but the minute he went in "The west" knew they had lost it. It is strategic and it won't lead to WW3.

"I promise to pay $1,000,000 to the officer(s) who, complying with their constitutional duty, arrest(s) Putin as a war criminal under Russian and international laws," wrote Konanykhin on LinkedIn. "Putin is not the Russian president as he came to power as the result of a special operation of blowing up apartment buildings in Russia, then violated the Constitution by eliminating free elections and murdering his opponents."

Agreed. I have pondered over the last couple of days whether this thread would be better served in Speakers Corner or at least moderated as such.
Or as suggested earlier, if this drags on a separate sub forum like Covid where you can have the main sensible thread and the loons can start their own threads or the mods can abstract the daft stuff to separate topics if need be.
