I thought the UK were getting criticised for not putting more sanctions on Russia yet Russia are saying the UK are the worst.
Since it started over 100k Ukrainian workers have gone home to fight form across Europe, the Russian army are totally outnumbered if not outgunned (yet).

Ukraine hold on, take back land in Crimea and blow the bridge up...
Would be an interesting twist should it happen in the distant future.
No, they're saying UK were the one's leading the calls for sanctions, not that theirs were the worst. Boris was calling for swift exclusion fairly early but really it needed EU and US to agree. Eventually EU did.
Russia the new Palestein? It’ll be interesting if they do start pushing back. Where do they stop? What does Putin do if he starts losing the rebel held territory. Would love to see it.

Well that’s not going to come across when we are used to seeing the same “breaking news” spammed over and over in the thread is it?Nuance not your thing eh?
I honestly can't see how he can concede, it's all or nothing. He probably feels (rightly) if he pulls back now it would weaken him irreparably and it would only be a matter of time before one of generals decides to take matters into his own hands and kill him.At what point will Putin concede this is a guerrilla war he can not win.
Mastercard and Visa leaving Russia comes after the Ukrainian President pleaded for the companies to end services in Russia during a call with U.S. lawmakers earlier today.

If as it is already looking he also decimates large amounts of his armed forces then that is also not going to go down well.I honestly can't see how he can concede, it's all or nothing. It sounds like there’s no shortage of small arms. I worry the Ukrainians lack the big guns though.
Have the fast food companies pulled out yet? Can’t imagine any western company doing business with Russia, just due to the backlash alone, regardless of sanctions. Cancel culture has finally paid it dues.
