Quite ironic , France and Germany both halted and beaten by the same thing in thier drives to Moscow and they loved to tell the west how the mud etc will stop anyone.

They just dont see it of course. You even had one of these ultra nationalist ****heads say to someone yesterday that "people like them would need rounding up and detained" for daring to say something critical of the establishment.

It also really highlights the hypocrisy of the "Free-dumb of speech" brigade....that is right up to the point you say something they dont like of course....

The apparent FSB leak mentions the Chechen leader is furious, lots of his boys have been wiped out, control of that region is reliant on a strongman Chechen leader and he's now perhaps weakened, other Chechens fighting on Ukraine's side.

Other regions of Russia might want to breakaway too if the Russian army is massively defeated here:

I've really been trying to keep in check any optimistic feelings about Ukraine actually repelling the Russian forces at this initial stage.

But its getting more and more difficult...:)

Going to be a dangerous point of the crisis if the invasion does obviously start to fail, who knows what a desperate Putin will do, as what a humiliation it will be for him.
