I think you mean EU stores.

Theres a very real potential for Russia to hit the EU with a double whammy of natural gas and nitrate blockade. That means no industrialised farming, if you think things are going to get expensive, you haven't seen anything yet.

Sorry I should add its not just nitrate, its the other fertiliser precursors as well.

Agree with this. Like it's amusing it happened given the circumstances but the guy is lucky he didn't get shot.

It was just a dumb move and we should be championing embassies as a safe haven for staff and citizens alike no matter the circumstances.
 
The move by Zelensky makes no sense to concede so much he must know Putin will see it as a sign of weakness and try to grab more and demand more, it makes no sense to negotiate from such a weak position when everyday Russia gets weaker and Ukraine gets stronger. I think they're deliberately trying to goad Putin into making a push forward. Same with this plane deal it makes no sense to deliberately try to make your side look weaker, it's mind games and disinformation and misdirection. The British were masters of this during WW2 the most famous being the fake army in Brittain to make Germany believe we were landing at different locations than we did. On the Eastern front, the Germans moved tanks during the day to appear weaker and then brought them back at night. In the Gulf war, the Americans used to media to make the Iraqis to believe they were attacking from the sea.
Zelensky is a good actor as well.
