People like him and Keane are part of the reason we were so good. He was the best English midfielder of his generation. You expect certain standards to be adhered to anything less is not good enough.

This is a trait that goes all the way through sport. Schumacher and Jordan were both exactly the same and it is exactly what we are missing from our squad right now.

I have been so impressed with West Ham this season. They have some good players, but you can see there is no ego's. They all play for each other and are a proper team. They don't have much depth in their squad, but they are getting on with it.

I feel like they need a decent striker to help out upfront, and they'll be right up there.
