There is clear footage of them withdrawing a load of Russian armour from parts of the North at least towards Belarus, troops in other parts seem to have been cut off and are begging for food.

Yeah even being in the EU makes you not neutral but i doubt Ukraine would be able to join anyway its far too corrupt.why would Ukraine be allowed to join the EU if the EU wants it's own army
Im fearful of believing a word out of the Russians mouths.
I wonder if NATO countries could supply tanks/planes if there is a ceasefire agreement - no longer an active conflict with Russia so Putin doesn't have the same grounds for complaint and then Ukraine has an even better domestic deterrent against invasion.
Cant understand why Ukraine or Russia didnt employ sone of the 'experts' from this thread?
