Did you read the article you posted?This is an interesting article from the BBC suggesting that social media companies are deleting content to hide war crimes, in particular tictok, which is owned by a Chinese company, it's no surprise their trying to hide what's happening in Ukraine.

Just looking at Russia's debt - it appears that France and Italian banks hold over 25% of Russian debt each. That would explain why the French and Italian governments have been talking to Putin.
No, it's Macron's job to be the one to talk to Putin given that he is the EU president for this year.
And Russia is servicing its debt repayments from frozen assets which is why they won't default on their debt obligations.
