UEFA Champions League Final Liverpool v Real Madrid ** spoilers ** [Saturday 28th May 2022]

Sad to say, Real deserved that. We just didnt play the Liverpool way, almost right from the start we moved around slowly, we passed the ball slowly, there wasnt the usual pace and speed of our play. When we attacked we attacked with 2 or 3 people instead of our normal red wave running forward. Even our pressing game wasnt what is normally is. We got schooled tactically by Ancellotti who simply sat back and absorbed it all and then punched when it was needed.

Can't say they don't deserve that over the course of the tournament, beat the top 3 teams in England.

Very very harsh on Liverpool though, great season with not much to show for it.

You say that but city should have scored 6+ goals but wasteful. Fair play to Madrid have a knack for winning this one

Thought the front three were awful tonight tbh.

So funny. Im in stiches lmao.

One thing I would really highlight were our corners, I dont know how many of them we had but they were almost all shockingly poor corners. I think it was the 83rd minute before we actually managed to get a corner onto VVD or Konates head.

I do feel Real are jammy as **** 9/10 but as Utd fan, relief that Liverpool haven't won another European trophy tbh.
