Are Scotland going to have to treat this like Eurovision and give Ukraine a by.
 
Ukraine wouldn’t want them to roll over for them. Absolutely no chance. They dont need help anyway. They’re more than capable of beating Scotland.
 
Ukraine, tonight, will show everyone how to play for your country. They will be 100% playing for their friends and family, lost loved ones. Playing for your country is a big thing as we all know, but tonight I think we will see it on a massive scale. The world will be behind Ukraine. It will be all smiles, hand shaking, compassion at the build up to the coin is toss but after that! Scotland better not think about rolling over out of respect as that would undermine the Ukraine team. They don't want to be 'given' a by. If Scotland do play soft they will soon change once they see Ukraine going at 200mph.

That's my take on tonights game.
 
Had a feeling and just looked it up, last time Scotland made the finals was Mexico '86, back in my teens! Fergie was apparently their manager after Stein died just after qualifying.

It would be great to get more home nations to the finals on merit this year, but almost the whole world will be backing Ukraine tonight.
 
Unusually I will be rooting for Scotland in this game, I haven't forgotten the mass of racist abuse by their fans.

Scotland have had their cheeks clapped here, GG Ukraine. Would have been out of sight without a few good saves from Gordon.
 
Crap leaving it to the last ten minutes before making things interesting :o been poor most of the game though
 
Yeah, Scotland can play much better, gutted to be out, but mind you it was Ukraine, so in light of everything going on, it eased the blow a little..just a little..
