I just do one layer of each on a slice of toast though, 2 slices. That's a lot of peanut calories!

Roses lime marmalade on toast with fresh sliced banana, passed down from a Nan when I was a nipper, very rarely have it but very refreshing

Chilli jam and cream cheese go really well together in a wrap/sandwich.
One of my favourites at the moments is a that in a bagel with a bit of salad, chorizo and a few jalapenos

Hot Cross Buns with bacon. Only discovered by accident this as a student, I had no other bread products bar HXBs to make a bacon butty. People may go yuk. Brown sauce is fruity and spicy like hot cross buns.

I second this! There's a new peanut butter marmite that I purchase regularly... but talking to a work colleague one day he mentioned that doing it yourself is better... but I've found it really depends on the peanut butter. I still like the Marmite branded peanut butter on some occasions.

Never ever had a Fray Bentos! I need to rectify this omission as my best mate swears by them!

By gum, this makes for some sobering reading a pie that had a tank named after it.

100+ years on but such a cool, albeit gallows humour, name for a tank!

Beef and star anise. We put a couple of star anise in with beef that is being slow cooked and it tastes amazing.

A few weeks back we had slow cooked beef cheek pie, with suet pastry and it was heavenly.

Ooooh like a Thai massaman? Beef, potato, star anise, peanuts... One of my faves!
